Waycross Club talks Education

Carl James, February Programs Chairman for the Exchange Club of Waycross, introduced Dr. Lynn Barber, Director of Ware County Public Schools Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE) Program. Students discover the relevance of education in their work days in school and preparation needed to enter the work force and future education challenges and opportunities in their lives. The students receive academic and technical skills such as how to dress, speak proper English and other educational skills and experiences. The CTAE programs teach students through courses, work-based learning, career and technical student organizations and dual concurrent enrollment which are essential for college and career success.
