Rome “Tomb Project” Beats Hurricane Irma In And Out Of Florida

It had to be a quick trip, but the Exchange Club of Niceville, FL wanted to get in their remembrance of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice and they wanted the Exchange Club of Rome, GA special project, “A CALL TO HONOR:  The Tomb Of The Unknowns Replica” to be a special part of that remembrance.  With an eye to the weather radar because of the impending hurricane Irma, members of the Rome Club made it to Niceville for the community observance and back home before the storm hit.  Pictured from left to right are Bill King and Wain Bates of Rome, Paul McShane of the Niceville Club, and John Fortune and Scottie Edwards, also of the Rome Club..
