What is more American then Exchanges GiveAKidAFlagToWave program? This is one of the Exchange Club of Rome’s favorite programs and the long 4th of July weekend was no different. Rome’s annual event started with a downtown block party on Friday night and a large contingent of Exchange members were on Broad Street handing out 800 small American Flags to help keep the American spirit in the minds and hearts of those attending. The Exchangites were just getting started with yet another group that will hand out even more flags at the City’s fireworks display on July 4th.
