The Exchange Club Of Four County Area helped make the dream of band members of the Twiggs County High School to march in the Independence Day Parade in Washington, DC a reality. FCA President Milton Sampson presents a check to Jerod Perry, Twiggs County Band Director, to help with expenses to Washington, DC.
