Proudly We Hail is one of the great Americanism Programs promoted by the National Exchange Club. This program honors governments, businesses, and individuals who display our American Flag in a proper manner which includes placement, condition, and illumination if the flag remains out at night. The Exchange Club of Rome handed out 8 such honors.
