February is National Community Service Month. The Exchange Club of Albany was well aware of this and sponsored a food drive among members to help feed the hungry as their part. The club urged members to participate and staged a contest among tables at the club meetings to see which brought in the most. Pictured is President Gary Knight presenting the food and a check to “Lord’s Pantry” which is a local organization that distributes food, clothing, bedding and many other items to the needy in Albany and the surrounding area. They are also one of our Charities the club contributes to every year. This year the check and the food was presented to A J Nobles who is an Exchangite and also a daily volunteer at the Lord’s Pantry!!
