What city could be more appropriate for the celebration of St. Patrick’s Day in Georgia? DUBLIN of course and the Exchange Club of Dublin welcomed Troy Windham, Co-Chairman of the St. Patrick’s Festival to bring the communities latest planning and details. Troy spoke of his many fond memories of the Festival as a child and how he never imagined that the Festival would ever get this large or that he would ever be in charge of the St. Patrick’s Festival. He also thanked the Dublin Exchange Club for its hard work for what he called a “Cornerstone” of the Festival, the Pancake Supper.
