The Exchange club of Brunswick has been honoring high school seniors for twenty plus years with our student of the month and student of the year program. Each month a senior from Brunswick high school and Glynn Academy is chosen, based on many factors from academics and extra curricular activities. These seniors are given a plaque and invited to write a essay, the topic is picked from the national exchange. This years theme “inspiring a community to become a better place”. The Exchange club of Brunswick picks a winning essay from Glynn Academy and Brunswick High school and they are then awarded a plaque and a $1,000.00 scholarship from the Exchange club of Brunswick. This years scholarship winners are Brunswick High’s Sarah Haymans and Glynn Academy’s C’drick Henderson. Mr. Henderson’s essay was picked to represent The Brunswick Exchange at the state level, and to compete for a scholarship from the Georgia District of Exchange Clubs.
