The Exchange Club of Waycross has tapped Robbie Rebecca Ashton Taylor of the club’s Youth Of The Month at its December meeting. Ashton is ranked in the top 5 percent of the Ware County High School Seniors. When asked what she attributes her academic success, Ashton stated “Although I have not ultimately reached my goals at this point in my life, I attribute my success thus far to my family, my educators, my friends, and most importantly, God, who has given me guidance and strength from day one. All of these important people in my life, along with my community, have shaped who I am today – debt I can never repay.” After graduation Ashton plans to attend Mercer University and major in Neuroscience on a premedical track. Her goal is to seek a Bachelor’s Degree, a Master’s Degree and a Doctorate Degree in medicine at Mercer University. Ashton’s future goal is to become a physician.
