The Exchange Club of Waycross honored Arbriana Sharrell Goolsby as the October Youth of the Month. She is a Ware County High School Senior, and is ranked 10th of 360 Ware County High School seniors. She attributes her success to her parents, along with her grandparents, neighbors, teachers and school counselor and most importantly, God.
