The Exchange Club of Waycross has selected their Student of the Month for September, Victoria Highsmith. Her honors at Ware County High School include, National Honor Society, First Southern Bank, Junior board of directors, PR Director, Ware County Marching Band, Dance Line Captain, High School Drama Club, Advanced Band and Chorus, Georgia Governors Honors Program Nominee – Finalist, Georgia and University of Georgia Certificate of Merit, PBLS Leadership Team, Lions Club Academic Honor Society, performed in the Wizard of Oz spring Musical, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, Microsoft Office Specialist,Concert/Symphonic Band Award, and Tennis Team. She had many Community Activities including church, hurricanes, hunger, nursing homes, Hospice and Magnolia House, Mary Street Mission, festivals and Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Ministry and more. Victoria plans to attend the University of Georgia and major in Music Therapy with a minor in Theatre.
