With an eye to the future in a community overwhelmed by golf tournaments, the Exchange Club Of Statesboro is taking it to the alley…the bowling alley that is in search of a new fundraising effort. Since their community is saturated with golf tournaments, the club has decided to give a bowling tournament a shot with the same “Shootout” theme. The Shootout Committee is working with The Clubhouse now on the format and details. With no worry about rain or a competing golf tournament and a potential to make $10,000, they are excited about trying something new to continue the good work in the community.
