The Exchange Club of Rome recently held their annual Youth of the Year program. This year there were four students nominated from four local high schools. Pictured (l-r) are Josie McGraw of Pepperell High School, Libby Upton of Model High School, Ryan Ward of Rome High School, and Eli Brock of Armuchee High School. The winner was Eli rock (far right) of Armuchee High School.
