Exchange Club of Rome member Paul Smith, longtime member and officer of the Coosa Valley Fair Association, the local Exchange Fair organization, received the highest award of state fairs, the James H. Drew Fairman of the Year Award.
Paul Smith has been a member of the Exchange Club of Rome and the Coosa Valley Fair Association for over 60 years. “Paul is the first Coosa Valley Fair Association member to receive this prestigious award. We are honored and grateful for Paul’s service to the Coosa Valley Fair Association/Exchange Club of Rome” says Fair President Barbara Carter.
