Congratulations to Rome Exchangite Larry Walker, soon to be the President-Elect, for being named Volunteer of the Year by Rome’s Council of Volunteer Administrators. COVA is a 20-year-old organization of volunteer agencies that work to support each other. Larry, shown with Family Resource Center Tina Bartleson, was presented the award at the annual luncheon honoring the volunteers of the various organizations throughout the community.
