Trooper First Class Ryan Harding of the Tifton post of the Georgia State Patrol was honored this week with Exchange Club of Tifton Georgia State Patrol Trooper of the Year award. H a r d i n g w a s described by Post Commander Duane Massey as dedicated, outgoing and one who volunteers for everything. He said, “He is well respected by his fellow Troopers and other law enforcement officers that he works with. Ryan resides in Ray City, is married to Kim and they have one daughter, Hayden. Ryan is a Post Instructor, SFST Instructor and a DRE. He began his career with the Georgia State Patrol in October 2011.
