The Exchange Club of Rome received a special recognition by members of the Order of the Purple Heart and the Disabled Veterans. At their meeting the club was presented a plaque in appreciation of the Rome Exchange’s help with their project of cleaning a cemetery, identifying the graves of the veterans buried there, and recognizing them with flags. Accepting on behalf of the Americanism Committee and the Rome Exchange Club is Exchangite Giles Chapman.
