The Exchange Club of Tifton has made it’s selection of the Youth Of The Year at their annual Youth of the Year Luncheon. Eleven Youth of the Year finalists were present from Tift County High School and Tiftarea Academy. The 2018 Youth of the Year for the Exchange Club of Tifton is Mia Savelli. She will go on to represent the Tifton club at the District competition where she will compete for a $1500 scholarship. The Georgia District winner is submitted to National Exchange and that winner is awarded a $10,000 scholarship. The 2018 Youth of the Year finalists were (back row, left to right): Emily Claire Dawson (TCHS), Natalie Yaeger (TA), Cali McDuffie (TA), Bret Dixon Bernard (TA), Cameron Kozma (TA), Nicholas Spader (TCHS), and Oliva Thomas (TCHS). Additional finalists were (front row, left to right): Marlee Marlowe (TA), Mia Savellia (TA), Alyssa Brown (TA) and Kacey Bailey Roberson (TA).
