While the passing of the gavel is traditional as administrations change in Exchange Club, and so is the “pinning” ceremony when the new officers receive their new symbols of honor within their clubs. This was the case recently when the Exchange Club of Dublin installed their new President John Mark Butler with his wife Tina doing the honors. The new slate of officers and directors for the club include: Immediate Past President Justin Garrett, Board Members Roger Miller, Bill Gainous, Eric Haskins, First Vice-President Jason Dollar, Second Vice-President Chris Hamrick, Treasurer Jake Sheffield, Secretary Phil Bazemore, President Elect Lucas Cowart, and President John Mark Butler.
